Membership Restrictions/Approval

As much as I hate to see it happening, there are many people on the internet who cannot observe basic rules of courtesy and common sense. Just like we have locks and security patrols in the real world, we're having to install those kinds of features on our internet world. I can't see us conducting background checks and requiring references at this point, however, perhaps we should establish some rules in the event that a member becomes offensive to other members. As it is now, this has not been an issue, and its not foreseen as one in the near future, but rules in writing do make life simpler.

Gia, your question and the discussion about "Open Enrollment" should be combined! I just added my two cents to the Open Enrollment discussion...can I just say "ditto" here? What I said for Open Enrollment is what I would say here, as well.
